Fees and funding

At Sutton Psychology Practice, I want you to feel fully informed and at ease when it comes to the cost of therapy, so you can focus on what really matters - your well-being.

Therapy Sessions
Each 50-minute therapy session is £110. 

Payment
Fees are payable 24 hours ahead of your appointment by BACS transfer. If payment is not received within this time, the appointment will need to be cancelled. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you need help with payment details.

Insurance
I’m happy to accept insurance from the following providers:

• AXA
• Vitality
• Bupa
• Aviva

If you plan to use insurance, please let me know in advance, and I’ll make sure everything is set up for you.

Report/Letter Writing
Sometimes you may need a written report or letter for insurance, court, or other purposes. If this takes longer than approximately 15 minutes, an additional fee will apply to cover the extra time spent.

Cancellation Policy
Life can get busy, and I understand things can change. However, I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the full session fee will be charged. This helps ensure I can offer your spot to someone else who may need it.
